DAM NEEDS PROOF OF NEGATIVE BRUCELLOSIS TEST WITHIN 5
DAYS OF BREEDING.
Proof of current vaccinations are also needed prior to breeding. (ie; rabies, parvo,
distemper, parinfluenza.) Owner of female must give stud owner access to their female's
health records through their veterinarian. (signature below)
Stud fee is due prior to breeding. If breeding does not result in pregnancy, owner of
female will be offered a second breeding with same female. If second breeding does not
result in pregnancy and the stud is proven to sire past litters then this contract will be
terminated. If owner of female questions potency of stud, then they have the option to
request a potency test of stud through a veterinarian of stud owners choice at female
owners cost. If stud used is breeding for the first time and pregnancy does not result,
then stud owner will pay for potency test of stud through a veterinarian of stud owners
choice.
Owner of stud dog holds no responsibility or liability of any disease or illnesses
assumed to be a result of breeding.
Owner/representative of Dam accepts this risk from breeding.
